Woman who was shoved FACE-FIRST into a concrete jail cell bench by police officer during DUI arrest

CBS Chicago reported on October 9th, 2013 about a woman who was seriously injured after being thrown headfirst into a jail cell after being arrested for drunk driving. The incident was caught on jail surveillance cameras.
